to the exact kernal as fast as I can seat the bullet. I could not use any better. Pour powder into drop tube and set cup on scale. Insert bullet, seat, check length, repeat.
The one from Creedmoor looks to check most of your boxes.
do you shoot in BENCHREST COMPETITION ??Though I understand and agree with all efforts to improve consistency, can anyone report a noticeable improvement in their on target performance as a result of using a higher resolution scale?
Not that I am recommending a undamped scale but if you can eliminate parallax by using a web cam or your phone to view the pointer and the scale that it points to, if the swing is an equal number of units up and down from the zero mark, your scale is balanced.IF YOU ARE BUYING A MODERN SCALE THAT DOES NOT HAVE MAGNETIC DAMPENING, you will be wasting time waiting on the scale to settle to a reading
Yes, I can 100% assure you that I saw a great increase in my reloading consistency over the past 2 weeks going from a 10-10 scale to the creedmore scale. Thar biggest consistency increase was with ball powders.Though I understand and agree with all efforts to improve consistency, can anyone report a noticeable improvement in their on target performance as a result of using a higher resolution scale?
