I have a Tikka I would like to customize for a light weight hunting rig in 6.5 cm. Any recommendations on a stock and barrel?

I would look at B&C. While not the lightest, they do make a great stock. Not heavy either. Their only downfall is they’re only customizations are deleting the studs and lop adjust.

They are fast and fit with a skim bedding.
 
I did buy a B+C for my custom Tikka in 7 Mag with a 28" barrel. Its a great stock for that rifle just wanting a lighter option for my next build.
