Every once in awhile, you get to deal with someone who really gets it. Manson Precision Reamers makes quality reamers and tooling and provides top quality customer service.

We don't get to do this very often, and I couldn't pass up the chance. Give them a try.

Ive been using PTG for years and always found them brilliant. The only complaint I have with them is they dont offer a great service, they dont like replying to faxes, they get the order wrong more than too often and they dont take any responsibility when they do get it wrong. They can never get it even close to the estimated time of delivery. However, when they do get it right the quality is all there. If you can avoid using PTG, do, you'll be glad you did.

I have absolutely no complaint about PT&G service. I purchased everthing from complete Rem replacement bolts to reamers and several smallier items such as go & no go gauges. I've even requested reamer prints for their reamers that I've purchased second hand, and they emailed them to me.

I have heard mostly good stuff about P T & G, but have also heard and seen first hand some of the problems Gamma mentioned. One advantage they have is that they make some stuff that Manson doesn't.

Manson answers the phone a lot himself, and when he doesn't, someone else will. They also answer emails promptly. Like I said, they make quality products and give top quality customer service.

Both companies have loyal customers and I didn't post a comparison with anyone else, just a pat on the back for a company that has proved itself to me every time.

I have known both Dave Manson and Dave Kiff for several years. Both are very fine men and produce fine reamers. Yes, both of them will take the time to personally talk with you on the telephone. Both have great staff whom work for them.

I deal with Dave Kiff more so I a better knowledge of his service. It is second to none. Kathleen, Ashley, and the others could not work any harder for the customer.

I dont doubt the points of view from the previous posters but Im not imagining things, this has been my experience and I only wish I could say the same things. I will however continue to deal with PTG and hopefully Ill begin to notice positive changes in the future.

I have purchased most of my reamers, both custom and standard, from Dave Manson and have nothing but praise for the the service that I've recieved from his company. I'll continue to do business with Dave.

Dave Kiff always returns every call before he goes home or if it is late he will leave a mesage. Kiff has 54 machinests and 106 machines to contend with but still takes every call ,and finishes most all the bench reamers himself sometimes he is still there at 9 at night . He will be there at 6 in the morn. I geuss you would have to say he walks in the tall grass with the big dogs . clowdis and gamma he hates the fax and emails but he will take your calls anytime .
