It does work really well just like ISSIO/JB/Flitz ... when used correctly
If there is CLR in it no way erik is going to use it now
because we have 8-10K invested in our rifle/scope combo EACH! we should be eager to bend over again and spend top-top shelf bourbon $ (home pour) on bore cleaner???

Yes, but burnt smokeless powder residue really isn't "carbon".

OK what is that stubborn burnt on black stuff that only a abrasive that does or doesn't erode the barrel remove??

Thanks, John noted the use of an oversized brush that I had not tried to this point with any cleaner, I suppose I’ve been nervous to get a brush lodged into the bore however I’m going to give that a try as well.

If it is a 6mm a 6.5 will work just fine.

Love this cleaner. Thorroclean paste sticks to the Iosso brush pretty tenaciously. To clean easily, I use about 1tablespoon All Free &Clear laundry detergent in a disposable water bottle, filling with warm water, I shake vigorously and let soak overnight. Voila like new. You got to try this. ( Check in mail to update my gold status).

You don't scrub with a brush, you just apply it on a brush and it's clean overnight? Or did I read it wrong/?

This is good as the ThorroFlush in the kit will for sure run out before the ThorroClean. I wish I would have known when ordering the kits, would have saved me some shipping.

You run the flush on a patch through the bore first. This will loosen the deposits in the bore, making the cleaning somewhat easier.

I never get copper in my barrel, activator and wipeout don't do much. It looks as if the paste is the only thing that works ''best'' on carbon is the paste.

Just soak. Brushes come out like new.

I’ve been using it after every outing. The flush I’ve noticed picks up the loose powder/carbon. I haven’t tried cleaning with just the flush
