The SHOOTER will dictate the winner, not the gun, caliber, bullet or conditions. Orangeburg isn't an easy range to master.

A 600yd or 1000yd guy can’t compete by the current restrictions. This was originally supposed to be the best of the best. No weight limit. No sand box, shoot what you bring. Take the distance to 500yds and make it equal for both the short range people and the bench rest crew. Boat tail or flat base, let’s have some fun.

Perhaps 300 meters is the limit at Oangburg.
But if you want no weight limit, shoot what you bring. I could go for 500 meters. Just tune in a good 6 BR barrel on my Rail Gun.
