Thank you to RCBS

RCBS was 20 years old when I first dealt with them. They celebrated their 78th anniversary now.
The service was beyond first rate then.
All these years later it's still the same.
Heck of a run!

Always easy to tell who the "Good Guys" are . Called them trying to identify a press I have that was made in the early sixties . The Tech stayed on with me for about forty minutes , digging through files , records , and finally came up with the info . He didn't have to do it , but he did . That's customer service . And why they've been in business for that many years .

RCBS and Redding are both on the same page with warranty. Both have sent replacement parts with no questions asked, plus in the past I’ve had some rather conversation with there staff. Although RCBS is only taking emails currently, but nit to long ago I needed a cover for my hand priming tool and I received an email response the next day and four days latter my replacement part came in the mail.

For RCBS, I have a Reloadr Spl. 2 and Big Max for sizing and a Partner for bullet seating. All three have about .001” runout at full ram extension. A hand primer that uses a shell holder. A Case Trimmer 2 with the collet type case head holder set up for neck turning that can hold .0001”. I have tens of thousands cycles on the presses and priming tool, but I do disassemble from time to time to clean and relube. With their dies they have sent me free of charge for some of my sizing dies the new style elliptical neck sizing button along with five packs of decapping pins. Most of my dies are RCBS, but I replaced the die lock rings with the Hornady type.

My only concession to RCBS is a Forster case trimmer, Lyman shell holders which have a tighter tolerance for the case rim slot and a nice smooth radius at the slot opening, and Redding BR-30 and 3-BR. The Reddings are like Swiss watches compared to the RCBS Uniflow.

I wished I had the same luck with RCBS warranty. I got a 1500 charge master for Christmas 2019 and just got around to trying it out couple weeks ago and it won't calibrate. So I emailed them about the problem and they told me sorry past the 1 year warranty.

I goof up a die broke primer rod lost die parts , case stuck ,box up all sent to RCBS , less than 10 days all back , note reply with update work done , all new damaged parts( my fault) no charge . I contacted I would pay + shipping ,their reply have a nice day happily reloading & shooting. They are my go to for ever top notch my opinion
