I have always found RCBS to treat you right. I did find one gal that should not have been working in customer service, long story short she didn’t think my claim should be under warranty and was snotty about it. I ended up hanging up on her called right back and the next guy replaced the part no questions asked. I have had them give me things when I told them it was my fault so they get my business when possible.

My Charge Master's numeric pad was very difficult to use. it took repeated input to get the settings to stick. After two years of struggling with it, I happened to be going by Oroville and decided to stop in and see if they would fix it. I expected to leave it and have them ship it to me.

I walked in. explained the problem and how long I had owned it, then asked how much and how long to fix it. The gentleman said just a minute. He took it in the back, about 15 minuets later he came back with my equipment, all fixed and no charge.

What a pleasant experience. RCBS will be at the top of my wish list for any new equipment.

Exactly as others have reported. Superior CS.
Even when I tell them I f---- it up due to my error their answer always is no problem.

I always offer to give them a credit card for payment and they have never accepted.

Whenever possible they get my business.
