They will stand behind it talk to them a few times seems to be helpful so far.Everything seems to connect, camera leds are lit, 4 blue lights are on, but, I get only a black screen with control icons on the right side. When I turn off the camera, the Wifi for the camera disconnects and the tablet auto connects back to my home Wifi. Thanks for the info on the cable exit. From the looks of things I suspect my cable has exceeded minimum bend radius at the handle. Not good for fiber optics. I'm just gonna send it back to Amazon/Teslong and get a replacement. Seeing as how this was my first Amazon purchase after actually joining, I seem to have a 100% failure rate with Amazon products.The good part is things can only improve from here.
Got anotherTeslong unit from Amazon, same thing, sorta connects, but doesn't work. I picked up a cheap drone a while ago, it sorta connects too, but doesn't work. Hmmmm, could it the tablet? I picked up a new cheap 7" tablet. Viola! Both Teslongs work great and the drone is flying. For rookie drone users, wait till the wind is calm. If you can't wait, drones can be retrieved from trees with the proper application of your fishing rod casting skills. Mike
