Make sure the driver is installed. Windows Movie Maker should display the image (if you have it). This device is no different than a "WebCam" and Windows should be able see it. Worst case, install VLC player. That program should work. Just make sure to only install the VLC player itself (it may come packaged with all sorts of other stuff too).

I have not used Teslong with anything other than my phone, but computers are computers and video is video

I personally prefer Pot Player for a small no BS video player. I would expect it to work.

My new teslong wifi model has taken up about 2 hours of my time and still wont work. I can connect to the wifi on my iphone but 3 different apps including the one they mention will not see it.

Same with me.
Got the WIFI version and can not get the app downloaded to the ipad or iPhone.
It just keeps searching.
I really wanted this thing to work.

I experienced similar problems. Couldn't get it to work w/ 2 different phones or a tablet.
Sent it back.

Sounds like a phone issue. I've had it hang up when trying do download an app. Try turning you phone off, wait 60 seconds, turn it back on and download the app again. Also make sure you have a good Wifi connection or strong 4G signal

Tried your suggestion, no go. Guess I'll do like jpretle and send it back....

Which app are you trying to DL, the "WIFI Image" app?

Dont send it back because of a phone issue- see if you can figure out why you cant download the app! That has nothing to do with the teslong

I got mine working on my phone but was hoping to use it on a small laptop as well. It's a chrome operating system, which seems to share many features with android but so far, no dice on it.
Admittedly, a 10 year old could probably do it! The problem seems to be that I'm way passed 10 years old. Lol!

I thought i listed the solution- i deleted the app and reinstalled it. Worked for me and him perfectly

So I tried the "Scopearound".

It loaded to the iPad, (which is a 7) found it listed in the Wi-Fi settings, and when I selected it, it would show "no internet connection" like you show in post #7, so I would quit..... I didn't go far enough.
It's working now. I kept poking around until I figured it out.

Scope around is what it shows up as in my wifi settings too, on my android phone.

Well,,,, WIFI Image is no where on my iPad. I deleted it when it would not load.
