Teslong replaced the entire borescope gratis. The new one performs as advertised. Guess I have a few spare parts now.Tried that. The PC simply does not recognize that the Teslong is connected. The light on the borescope comes on as soon as I plug it in, so it's getting power; the PC just refuses to acknowledge it. I'm working with Teslong Support on a resolution. They're sending me a replacement cable, to see if that's the issue. If not, perhaps a new borescope is in order. I don't have an android phone to try it with - we use iPhones. I bought this unit several months ago, when the COVID-19 first hit hard and the Teslong units available began to dry up. The one with the WI-fi adapter was not available at the time.
