Teslong borescope issues?

Hey all, I bought a teslong borescope (NTG100H) a couple weeks ago and, when I received it, it would not work on either my cell (Samsumg 22+) or my tablet, a Lenovo M11. I contacted the company and they said it must be defective and they sent out a new one except, this one was the folding model, a NTG200H which I received today. This one will work with my cell phone but, not with the tablet....this kind of stinks because I have to take my cell phone of the case to plug it in. I have removed and reinstalled the app a dozen times and still no joy. Has anyone else had these issues and, if so, how did you fix them?

thats strange— why dont you try the camera program that comes with Win on your laptop. the teslong i have is running off a win 10 laptop with windows software that was in it.
It works on my win10 laptop but, it won't work on my win7 laptop in the shop. I don't want to have to lug my good laptop out to the shop to use it. That is why I bought the android compatible model but, that doesn't seem to be working out too well.

I am using their app...or at least the one the say to use, "smart endoscope".
I use an app called Mo-View. It doesn’t have good reviews but I have never had a problem with it. It works on my IPhone and IPad. You might look in the App Store and see if there are apps that will work with your setup or call Teslong and talk to their techs. My devices are Apple and it appears your devices are Android. Was thinking they were device specific or not sure.

win 7 didnt have the cam software loaded. my teslong came with a paper telling how to load the software necessary for win 7. i have a win 7 desktop and most places are not supporting it anymore.

I started looking at different apps tonight and I have found a couple that are promising but I am still trying to get the settings right. Thanks for the response.

I just looked through the ppwk and didn't see anything about using win7. I will dig a little deeper. Thanks for letting me know.

I checked the Google play store and they list that app but say it works on older versions of Android but, not on the version my phone or tablet are running. I found camera fi2 and that seems to work fine though so, I'll stick with that.
Thanks to everyone that responded, I appreciate the help.

My apologies...I was thinking of the app I used to use - Mo-View. I now use "Endoscope Camera" on my Android devices. Sorry for the confusion.

Endoscope Camera is the app I've used from the beginning, and I've never had a problem (Samsung S23+). It works fine on my Android tablet, too.

I tried endoscope camera because several of you recommended it. It worked but the image was terrible. When I looked in the settings it offered an HD image if I upgraded to the PRO version for...I think $5.49. I then found the camera Fi2 and the image is great and it works on both my pad and phone.
