I've found that by unscrewing the mirror, and backing it out a few threads, seems to lessen the glare. It's still really bright - but you can see enough by changing the focal distance.

There is a wheel on the side of the square box on the lead (item 7 shown on page 2 of the manual) that adjusts the lights.

Good for you but Android is a spy phone too.

I don't know what to do but everyone should be thinking of ways to protect their privacy.

I had the same problem and Teslong sent out a new unit. I ended up downloading 3 apps to find one that worked. Try "endoscope camera" and "endoscope HD camera" in the Play store. Now the new one works

Wish the probe was rigid instead of fiberoptic like (cable like), but the image is amazing. I have it set up on my Dell laptop and my Samsong Tab A 10". Great price and performance for a tool I will use very infrequently.

Have you tried rolling it on a flat surface like the counter to straighten it out and keep it sraight

I have found if I run it through my bore quide it helps to center it.Also helps when "spinning" the scope 360 degrees.
