Got mine yesterday as well. Set up on Samsung s7. Everything looked good, down the barrel it went, picture started to pixelate. (Bunch of lines going across screen) sent email to Teslong customer service. They asked for phone number and said they will replace it. Will wait and see.

Hey guys, need some help.
I got mine, hooked it up and sent it down the barrel. Two things, first LED lights are too bright, even at lowest setting the picture is white washed especially where barrel is clean due to reflection.
Second, picture frame rate is one per second, reeeeeally slow.
Are those two issues normal??

For the light issue, you should have a ring under the main mirror housing. Back the housing away from the lens (increase the distance from the mirror to the lens) then lock the housing in place with the ring. Finger tight on all; try a couple of different focal lengths.

Can't really comment on a fix for the the frame rate thing as my initial thought is computer hardware is too slow.

I use another software , it's posted above somewhere. I'm tech dumb and accidentally clicked on the other , what a difference.
It's called AMCap it's the older version but no lag

I'm using software that they suggested in the manual at 720p, I tried standard (whatever resolution that is) and it didn’t make a difference. So yours has better refresh rate?

I was at 720 and then tried standard(not sure about the numbers) from drop down menu and it didn’t make a difference. Is your running close to 30 FPS as advertised?
I’ll try different laptop tomorrow morning & see if it makes a difference

Well, I cannot real say since I have no idea what the refresh rate is. I just plugged it into a miniPC that has Windows 10 on it and then launched the camera app. The image was blurry / washed out until I adjusted the mirror length. I can now turn the light up to full power and still see things just fine. It does get washed out for a few seconds when I adjust the light, but then settles in.

Anyone find a easy app fix or download for Amazon Fire 7 Tablet(Gen 7).Could not download the Google Playstore apps completely. Works great on my MOTO cell phone. Been at it for a couple days. Lucky I had to go to work or I'd be pissed off by now. May have to take my Samsung 10 tablet back from my youngest son. Randy
