T/C Encore From Centerfire to Rimfire?

Can anyone tell me what modifications are necessary to make an Encore go from shooting centerfire cartridges to shooting rimfire? Or do you have to buy an entirely new frame?

T/C factory barrels are offset so you don't need a conversion just the rimfire scope mount.

So which is the better system,advantages/disadvantages), the rimfire conversion kit or the offset T/C barrel?

Need some feedback please since I'm unfamiliar with either of these.
