I don’t think simplifying is in their plans. The instruction manual grows with each update. I believe it’s up to 83 pages.

They will get there cost down by integrating some of the components.

You might be right, but AutoTricklers, ChargeMasters haven’t seemed to have gone down. SuperTrickler Gen 2 is 75.00 more than Gen 1. Time will tell.
Does Mr. Coffee use a 12V AC to DC converter? Has anyone started using multiple pans of identical weight to speed things along? How is the wind resistance for range loading?

I just broke my arm so I won't be shooting or reloading for 6-8 weeks. Made that decision easy for me.
Thinking about ordering one so I contacted SuperTrickler to ask about getting a
second pan, they quoted me $50.00 for an additional pan.
I have two of Mr Coffees and so two pans. I made them the identical weight to see if it would cut time. It makes it crazy fast.
But probably unnecessary. With V133 I have 55 throws averaging 5.6 seconds.

So 12 volt x3 amp give you 36 watts. You will need a health 15 amp hour alarm battery with a full charge to make it thru a 1 day match. Short range bench rest,
A smaller battery could have voltage drop issues.

You think this one will work? It would run my V4 all weekend without charging.
Looks like when the ST is on but not pouring powder it’s pulling 11 watts. It jumps to 17 while dispensing. Should be plenty to make it all day.

More than enough. I'm low budget, so a good alarm battery will cover my needs. At this point I'm going to try preloading. With that new load you shared with me. And see how that goes.

I don’t think so, not unless you push the start button every-time. Mine will not automatically rezero unless the pans are very close in weight as in .02.

@BartsBullets even on auto I am pretty sure the ST zeros prior to dropping the charge, every time, that's why you can use multiple pans. I will have another look next time I set up.
Hi Bart, a quick read of the manual (p42 v2.2)
"NOTE under normal operation the scale is zeroed at the start of each charge to maintain best accuracy. "
