Super trickler and gen 2 coming. I’m holding out . The next one will serve coffee, too. I looked at the setup and there is a lot of room to simplify it.

You might be right, but AutoTricklers, ChargeMasters haven’t seemed to have gone down. SuperTrickler Gen 2 is 75.00 more than Gen 1. Time will tell. They will get there cost down by integrating some of the components.
Happens all the time, in manufacturing. Will simplify it. When Henry Ford invented the model T. They thought they were finished. Same with first computer by IBM.
I just broke my arm so I won't be shooting or reloading for 6-8 weeks. Made that decision easy for me.I should be getting notification pretty quick on shipping my SuperTrickler. I’m going to leave it as is. The ones I have now work great. But I don’t see anything so far to make me want to wait till April for the upgrade.
Thinking about ordering one so I contacted SuperTrickler to ask about getting aDoes Mr. Coffee use a 12V AC to DC converter? Has anyone started using multiple pans of identical weight to speed things along? How is the wind resistance for range loading?
Sorry if the above questions are redundant. I didn't want to read through 9 pages of thread drift. Thanks!
I have two of Mr Coffees and so two pans. I made them the identical weight to see if it would cut time. It makes it crazy fast.Does Mr. Coffee use a 12V AC to DC converter? So 12 volt x3 amp give you 36 watts. You will need a health 15 amp hour alarm battery with a full charge to make it thru a 1 day match. Short range bench rest,I have two of Mr Coffees and so two pans. I made them the identical weight to see if it would cut time. It makes it crazy fast.
But probably unnecessary. With V133 I have 55 throws averaging 5.6 seconds.

A smaller battery could have voltage drop

Thank you Bart. That's exactly what I was looking for. Did you make a wind screen or containment for the wind when bench loading?
Mine was 675.00 + 50.00 for shipping no excise tax charged. The SuperTrickler is shipped ex tax, what is the tax shipped into the U.S.?
I don’t think so, not unless you push the start button every-time. Mine will not automatically rezero unless the pans are very close in weight as in .02.Re using different pans, no issue for the super trickler as it always zeros prior to dropping charges.
Only time you have to use one pan is when you use the trickle up setting.
Let me know because mine won’t.@BartsBullets even on auto I am pretty sure the ST zeros prior to dropping the charge, every time, that's why you can use multiple pans. I will have another look next time I set up.
