subsonic 30BR w/240 SMK

my search turned up not much on this question.

anyone have experience, powder preference when running 30BR and 240gr SMK??

(I use 296 in my 300/221 with 240SMK)

Bill , Have you checked hodgdons site for info ? I am not sure if its there. I run the 300 AACBlackout with 10.5gr. of 1680 with a 220smk and it shows 1080 fps average with a 16" barrel 8 twist on an AR platform suppressed. I would start somewhere around that and work it up or down a little. Could try trailboss too . Heres a helpful link
