Sub and supersonic load's for a suppressed bolt action 8.6 Blackout

I got my hands on a box of .338 200gr Hornady SST's and would appreciate some recommendations for which powder to use with them. I want to produce both sub and supersonic loads with this bullet and powder combo. It's fine if one powder is recommended for the sub load and a different powder is recommended for the SS loads. Finally, standard or magnum primer for each. (Barrel is 16" 1:6.5)

I will not be hunting with the 200gr SST's, strictly range fodder shooting steel suppressed. My goal here is the quietest (SAFE) load possible for the sub load.

As far as the SS load goes, the higher velocity that I can achieve with the 200gr SST's, the better! TIA!
