Stay home bonanza

No, not the TV show. My neighbor is having to stay home during CV epidemic. He stopped over to borrow a tool for some project of his. I had to dig/move out half my garage to get to the tool. I do all my gun tasks and reloading in my garage. Well, since I had all this stuff out of the way, I decided to go all out and remove the rest to clean things up and restack. WOW! During the ordeal I found 17 assorted springs from gun maintenance/projects that launched themselves into oblivion during those times. A quick review shows at least 3 of the springs were never ordered and their associated tasks never completed. Now I have some tasks to catch up on that I don’t have to buy parts for. YIPPEE!!!

Went through a similar discovery last year before I went to Perry. Was taking inventory of primers, powder & bullets to make a buying list, when I ran across 2 older cases of CCI sv buried in the back of the cabinet. Extended the need to replenish another 1 1/2 yrs.

When I drop a small ferrous metal on the floor, I drag a fish lure magnet on the floor. It happens more than I care to admit. Non ferrous items, I get on my knees or lower with a flash light. Its always the last place you look.
