I saw that in the daily bulletin and I am in for about 5 days of rain also.... So I guess it's time to get started on them for this year and what better time I guess... I don't really need to reload any pistol or rifle , I try and just keep what I would normally use loaded... I guess it's time to load some shotgun after a gun cleaning session.... Stay safe out there everyone.... This might be boring but it's a great time to even clean and lube your reloading equipment.... Hopefully this will end soon....

I had thought of taking every gun I have apart and putting all parts in a box. I would take out a part, clean it, and set it aside. Eventually I'd have the parts clean then figure out what they were and put them back together. Wonder if I'll have parts left over?

Left over parts are gun seeds just put them in some soil and water regularly with hobo oil

Yeah, it's getting to be real drudgery . I've been so bored with all of it that this afternoon I decided to repackage some of my smokeless powder. Yep, emptied powder out of one of my larger storage containers, equally distributed it into 200 smaller containers, then installed water-proof lids on them, and then stored all the little containers away in plastic boxes for future use . May do the same thing tomorrow afternoon...life is getting dull.

Two hours later and almost done with pistols , now on to the rifle and shotguns , will take longer.... Luckily most are clean and stored in gun socks so it's just a re-oil of barrels some grease and a good wipe down and back in socks.... I might need to sell some , damn this stuff gets out of hand but I found I have room for one more pistol and the glock 20 in 10mm has been calling for awhile I just don't really know why...lol It's times like these I am glad I have extra packs of cleaning patches etc.... I did notice with the run on guns the cleaning stuffs still on the shelves... I think there will be some good deals on guns after all this is over.... liberals will go back to being liberal and go back to complaining about bathrooms , everything will be racists again and they will go back to bitching about guns as soon as they sell theirs...

Had loaded 200 rounds for a Match that was cancelled a few days ago , and cleaned all the guns , one a day , and now I'm lookin around thinkin WTF ? Now what . ALL my brass is cleaned , prepped , primered , and ready to load . Bullets weighed , and sorted .

4 hours later and still have more to do , all the low priority very old stuff still awaits still... I think I will take d-4297 approach and leave those for tomorrow... Uhggn makes my back ache... Good news is everything looked fine....

All gun cleaned - all in service cases loaded - all virgin brass prepped - what's next?

Dry firing practice - a few minutes each day with the rifle and pistol. Have to stay sharp if and when I can go ghog hunting.

I changed the oil in my tractors and skid steer. I serviced the air cleaners,greased everything. Nice to have that motivation.

I'm having a blast, taking apart my Ruger 10/22, again ! Polished the Trigger assy some more, put a Volquartsen Firing pin and Extractor in it. Yesterday, I drilled, a "cleaning Hole", in the back of the Receiver and lapped, the Barrel with, JB's compound, til' it shined, like Chrome. Sighted it back in Today ( found out that, my Groups with, cheap Bulk, Winchester HP's and CCI Mini Mag, Ammo have, "shrunk" ! ). Then I walked around, the desert, shooting, 30 to 40 Sage Rats ! I completely forgot about, the C Virus for, 4+ Hours ! Came home, watched some depressing, "News" on TV, and took a Nap ! Next week, I'll test a bunch of .22 LR ammo to see which ones, produce, the best accuracy in my Rifle ! All I need, is a bit of Sun and, the Wind to, stay "calmish" ! So far, the GOOD Lord has been providing me with, a least, one nice Day a week to, get out, for some shooting, in the Desert this Spring ! Reading all the drudgery stuff that, some of you guys are going thru, reminds me that,.. I NEED to, clean my House,.. oh, Crap !!!
