A Lyman Bore Cam saved me from getting stuck with a pre-chambered barrel that had a badly off-center throat. Just that one issue nearly paid for the tool. I won't be without one again.
Starting to hate bore scopes

Same can be said for them, I'm sure a lot of business could be secured from using one as a smith.
I have a gun smith friend south of town here that is a master on a Hawkeye.
Also have a smith to the east 100 miles that is one of the largest volume builders in the country who would not own a borescope. Can't quote, but more or less feels that if a barrel will not shoot, who cares, needs a new tube, can't fix it.
