St. Louis F-Class Midrange Matches May 1-4-RESULTS

Sorry the formatting on the team results did not come through right, but at least they are readable.

Today was a tough but beautiful day to shoot! We were happy to have a good turnout and will be doing this again someday!

I wanted to thank all of you for coming and all of our sponsors for supporting this match.

I will see you again on the line soon!

-Pete

That was one heck of a match today boys! I agree with the consensus today that we should do it all over again in the fall. Maybe a team component to the Mo State shoot and make it a 3 day shoot, Ryan would love that. Thanks to 21st Century and all the other sponsors, and Thanks Mike and Pete for putting on one fun day.

I think we accomplished alot this weekend. I couldn't have got through it without Pete's help. It was a tough race and condition reading experience for everyone involved!! Perfect weather didn't hurt a thing. Thanks to everyone that traveled and made this fun!!!

Special thanks to the match sponsors!

Congrats to all the winners! I'll bet those trophies will look good on a shelf or mantle.

First of all, thanks a lot to Mike and Pete for a great match!

IMHO, if you keep your ears open, competing in these matches is just a good as taking a course in precision rifle shooting! (I just wish my hearing was better, though.)

The vast amount of knowledge, and the willingness to share this knowledge by the more experienced competitors have been invaluable for me. Although I admit that I am just scratching the surface when it comes to shooting skills and all that goes along with it, the matches, the learning process, and the camaraderie have been great.

You shot very well yesterday. The F T/R guys have to start looking out for you! You are determined to improve and your hard work is showing! Keep it up!

The Thursday match was my first F class match ever. I had a lot of fun and will be back for sure! I shot Bench TR because I forgot to bring a mat. For now on I will bring a mat and shoot regular FTR. See u guys next month!

stinnett- Was that you that shot the 297? If so you have a lot of guys that shoot T/R looking out for you! What rifle are you shooting?

I won bench TR, but don't think it was a 297? I had fun and will be back for sure. Hopefully I can step up the competition and bring everyone's game up another notch! Lol. See you guys next month.
The rifle is a .308. Its a trued Rem700 with a Bartlein barrel. I'm shooting 175 matchkings.

I am not 100% what the score was but it was up there somewhere! Awesome shooting! you have that rifle hammering. We will see you soon.

Great Event! Made some new friends, had a great time. Weather was beautiful, but winds switchy. Thanks to Mike, Pete and the locals that work hard putting on one of these events...It was great meeting my teammates, Joe, Paul and Jacob...Special thanks to you Joe!!!

Jim

I am always glad to see you on the line Jim! You show up with the competitive spirit that raises the bar in the open class. Thanks for making the trip to see us. I too want to thank Joe Meyer for following up the match by giving the place the once over to make sure everything was back in order. Joe is one of our rising Stars that showed his potential at this match. Him and Jacob Nixon were in the lead after the first relay on the thursday match and had Pete and I on the catch-up. Yeah, we still have more match results from this weekend and Brett should have them up soon. That was a marathon!!!
