The weather forecast is looking promising for a dry match. I am anxious to see everyone on the line for this new 2 day match. I am hoping it proves worth doing every year and gets team shooting in everyone's blood. St Louis range can be a challenge for even the best shooters. We have had only one clean in highpower sling since the range was opened to give you an idea. The highpower crew runs the Saturday match and the fclass crew is in charge of the team match on Sunday. We will have a lunch prepared for you on Sunday while we award the winners and give out prizes. See you on the line.

Load up guys and gals, It's time to shoot!! We have some nice attendance to give out sunday from some great sponsors. Pete and I are working on something to send back to them for contributing to the match. Weather looks pretty good with a different wind direction every day, lol. We won't be bored figuring that out. I will flag up the field so you get plenty of info. Should be a nice weekend for shooting.

Well we had a very good turnout today for the Thursday Match. Around 30 Shooters I believe. 5-15 MPH 9 o'clock wind with quick let offs and pick ups. Chilly 50 degrees.
F-Open was a tight race. Mike took 1st with a 297-14x ( got me by one point!
)
Steve Siracusa took 1st F T/R with a (293 ?I believe).
Lenny Bagdon took bench open with a 297-14X and Jared (sorry I forgot your last name) won T/R bench with a 297 His first time out! Watch out T/R guys if he decides to shoot off the ground!
Tomorrow is a open practice day for the weekend and see above for this weekends match schedules. See you all there on the line.

Yes Mike had a good day and shot well but Don Rabun just shot a little bit better. Don deserved this win. I expect Mike will be getting a sympathy card in the mail soon from Don. Tomorrows team match will be a good time. See you all there!

Don Rabun is a great guy to have on the line. We have had a running gun battle since the day we met. Lol. He holds the range record now for our 60 shot matches !! I was actually hoping he shot another clean just to see him roll on the ground. Lol. That was a fun match!!

The teams matches were today and I want to thank Mike Jakubzak for setting them up. I think everyone who shot in them enjoyed the experience and certainly learned from them. Also, thanks to the sponsors who donated some very generous prizes, especially Seb who gave away one of his highly coveted JoyPods. Joe Meyer (F-Open) was lucky to exit the premises with it before a mob of very jealous F/TR shooters took it from him by force.

Mike and the gang (that includes you Pete) run a very well run match. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Prize table was very nice. Couldnt ask for better people to be around. Cant wait till next year.
