I found a Sportsmans Guide product that I wanted to buy on Amazon. For the sale price shipping was free. I could not get the order to go through on the computer. I went to the Sportsman Guide web site and the product was the same price but shipping was not free. I ordered the product knowing that I was going to have to pay the shipping. After completing the order Sportsmans Guide asked for me the fill out a survey. I filled out the survey and told them about the problems I had with Amazon. They refunded me the shipping cost. I will give them a Gold Star for service. No doubt I will buy more items from them.

For many years I used to buy a lined, "Carhartt" type pant every summer, getting ready to wear them for elk hunting. They used to be tough as nails. Haven't seen them advertised in a long time.

Haven't checked this year, but late last summer/early last fall our local Tractor Supply had them.
