good advice --usually at least they lean them somewhere against the house--- sometimes if i happen to leave the garage door open they put them in there and then its harder to notice them among the clutterA couple of our mail carriers have thrown packages on the ground because they are too lazy to drive 150' up to the house. (good driveway and no dogs so there isn't any excuse). One of the packages for a neighbor was medicine and he's 84 years old. If it happens, go directly to the local post master and raise he--. If that doesn't work, go to the next up the ladder. No results?, get the local TV news involved.
