Everyone, just wanted to give them a shout out on an experience from this week. I purchased a hall 6br and it came with a bore guide that I came to find out was broken.

I send them an email and said could you tell me what is the correct model to order. They said sorry we currently don’t have one made but will as soon as possible. Today I came home and found one in my mail box free of charge. Safe to say they my business from now on. If any of you are looking for a super nice bore guide please don’t hesitate to order from them. Prefect fit for my hall.

It’s the small things like this. I would have gladly paid for it. I would have assumed they would have called me when it was done not just mail it out
