Software/Database for LabRadar?

Greetings,

I'm a first time poster and wanted to ask if anyone has written a database to take advantage of LabRadar's CSV files.

I used mine for the first time yesterday and was blown away with its ease of use and simplicity. I will defiantly be selling my PVM-21

I am not much on database design, so if someone else has already done the heavy lifting and would be willing to share, I would like have a copy.

Thanks,

I would like to know what one can get out of those numbers. I know the lab radar use some of those numbers to extrapolate back to give us the MV at zero distance number but other than that...?

What are you envisioning in terms of a database? If you are just looking to store the data long term and then be able to query it like "select * from labradar_data", that's pretty easy. Tacking on a web interface (that "does something") to that would also be pretty easy. But I'm not sure what the return value would be. I just copy off the CSV's to a filesystem right now with date in the name which makes referring back to a particular day pretty easy.

The primary reason for the database is to have a repository for all the collected data.

As for a wish list of additions to the collected data:
A place to log the load and weapon data for the various strings along with any notes
A place to log weather data or better yet, take a download from a Kestrel and correlate the recorded data with the corresponding date/time for each shot.
A place to upload images of the target faces such as On Target

I would ask Lab Radar. The device has a Bluetooth chip in it, that is just not activated yet. Their was talk, long time ago, that it is supposed to coupled with an app.
