sizing cold brass?

gunnut

Benchrest Competetion
I was wandering if anyone could tell me if they have found if it makes a difference when sizing brass what the temp of the brass is?

It might if the temps are unreasonably hot or cold. A freshly fired case would probably size differently than one that's been sitting. A case that's been sitting in sub-freezing temps would probably size differently than cases at room temp. They will measure differently as well. If you do one entire batch of brass at one sitting, or split batches at substantially like-temperatures, you should be ok. -Rod-

Thank you Rod. Your answer to my question makes sens.I am still
doing some testing to see if I see a difference in my group size.
