Single shot RBRP or RBLP

Depends on if you're right or left handed. Me, right handed. Wanted to try shooting a "lefty action" (rifle) right handed. Picked up a lefty repeater action, mounted it on an "ambi" stock and went shooting. Loved it!!
Got a right hand thumb hole BR style stock, set it up for the lefty action.
Right hand stays in the thumb hole for stock control while your free left hand feeds ammo and works the bolt. No taking your right hand off the stock to work the bolt.
If you're a lefty, go right hand stock. Same, just on the other side. Left hand stock, right hand works the bolt and feeds ammo and your left hand does stock control.
Only issue? If you're right handed? Going back to a right hand stock and having to take your hand off the stock to work the bolt. :( Whatever makes you happy. :D :D

RBLP single shot ( no mag) Love it.

Anyone have experience with a rblp rifle?
I’ve been in your shoes. RBLP looks intriguing but it’s an unknown (and maybe a little intimidating). My first one was not by my choice but as soon as I started using the gun I was a 100% convert. One thing I’ll mention is it takes some sandbox time to re-program your brain not to reach around to catch empty brass. But long/short story is all my prairie dog rifles are now RBLP. Give it a try!

For rimfire if you are RH it’s a no brainer. Trying to load single fire when you can’t see the chamber can be frustrating. I got my first RBLP about 6 years ago and never looked back. I’m sure CF is easier. GL with your decision.
