I have never owned a NF to be able to compare too, maybe I will win the lottery someday.
In comparison to a Leupold MK-4 (which in my wild imagination is comparable to a NF), my opinion is that the glass in my SIII is BETTER than the Leupold. Both scopes track excellent. The clicks in the SIII are notedly softer than the Mk-4, but has no apparant effect on reapeatability.
I am not a competitive shooter, and my accuracy standards are not of those considered "bench rest".

I checked this out But its definitely not one of them. Has the medallion on it serial number were it should be underneath the vertical turret along with a wee warranty badge.
All the leupold documentation was supplied in the leupold box..

I will get back to you guys tomorrow once i contact LEUPOLD in the USA.

Fingers crossed...I have heard nothing but good reports about LEUPOLD after care.

I have a Elite 6500 in 4.5x30x50. Its fuzzy at 200 yds. So is the Sightron 8x32x56MM a better option ? I was even thinking a Zeiss Conquest 6x20x50 MM. My rifle is a Rem 700 in 6x284 its my Predator/varmint rifle.

I upgraded from a 6500 (which I loved) to the new 10x50SIII. I almost like the glass in the 6500 and click feel better than the SIII but I do like the added mag. My brother just bought a NF BR 42X to replace his SIII 10x50. I think the click feel and ret. were the deciding factors. If its a var. gun there is no need to get rid of the 6500. Mine outshot NF and others very often! I have found that the NF BR seems to have a wider field of view than the nxs version,.

Well that's dang interesting. I know one thing for sure the glass in my 2.5x10x42mm IOR is better then this 6500. I've read other places that the 6500 ranked higher then the Sightron.
