I just got one of my VX-III 3.5-10 Scopes back from Leupold. Over ten years ago I bought it from the Bargain Cave at Cabela's, it had been used and traded back in. No idea of the history. It has lived a hectic life with me for the last ten years. Last fall when I changed bullet weights and needed to rezero it would not adjust anymore. Used the Leupold website and they sent me instructions on how to send it back.
After using a Varmint Hunter's Reticle with good success and turning "clicks" with good results I wanted to try "Milling". Rather than just getting this 3.5-10 fixed I asked to have a TMR reticle installed. $214 later the scope arrived today and I can start trying out a milling reticle. Pretty cheap way to try the reticle I wanted and they fixed the scope no questions asked.
Thanks Leupold!
