He has said many times he gets his brass from the scrap metal dumpster. He forms them then fires them

fguffey has said many times he doesn't use new brass. He uses spent cases that are larger then the intended chamber and forms them down to fit. Another words, he wrecks case consistency and obviously knows nothing about nor cares how case consistency affects accuracy.
He's old, old school, his equipment is old, and his methods are even older.
