Having an adjustable height stool when shooting from the bench makes all the difference in the world. I'm also vertically challenged, so most seats at a built in bench were too high for me. Being able to set the height (and it stay there) exactly to your needs allows you to get into your natural point of aim. I find that without having the adjustable height, I'm constantly having to strain to find my NPA. Be sure to post an update on the Gibraltar after several range outings. I'm interested in the durability.
