Sharps Rifles in Precision shooter?

Any one have the latest issue of Precision Shooter?
Is there really an artical about Swiss powder and BPCR rifles?

I have the current latest mag "July". No mention anywhere about Swiss Black Powder or BPCR that I can find. There is a Hawken Muzzle loader on the cover and an artical about Schuetzen in this issue, but the Shuetzen artical is about shooting Smokeless powder.
