Service issues with Diamond K Brass

Recently received my order of 500 pieces of "processed" once fired .223 brass. As is my habit, I checked each case in an RCBS case length gauge. After very few passed I started double checking with a Hornaday gauge. Very few passed. Diamond K said their processed brass was sized. Apparently not the case. SO I had to run each piece through a sizing die. I tried to contact Diamond K via their website email. Very disappointing they never responded. I guess their customer service standards have fallen. I used to be a big fan of theirs even though they were more expensive than other places..

Anyone have another vendor they would recommend?

Gotta say I have never considered fully processed anything other than "mostly cleaned". I have used Diamond K and others. And run them all through the die. Many are so oversized it takes a real heavy pull on the handle. I will say Bayou Brass's 300 WM, were very good, no issues them, but just about everyone else's 30.06, 308, or 300WM were for the most part not quite there. I used a combo of Hornady, Lee and RCBS dies, didn't seem to matter.

your checking criteria is way off base.
i would never size to fit A MIN SPEC GAGE.
did you try them all in your rifle chamber.
i bet they fit.
you want min spec brass buy 1x and size it yourself.
i sold brass to dia k for years,(55gal drums) but they are too expensive for me.

I bought a bunch of "fully processed" (cost extra) 308 brass from a Texas company years ago. It was sized enough to hold a bullet, but jammed up in the chamber after firing. Had to resize the remaining 450 pieces. Report to the company generated the same response as the OP's complaint.
