I was shooting an F-class match yesterday and I talked to one guy at the range, a very good shooter. We talked about caliber options for f-open and started talking about pool of experience we and our friends had with 7prcw. At some point he said "you don't really think Erik or Alex would release the real reamer that cut the winning chamber, do you?" Like in case of YETI oraz Loch Ness, it is difficult to say, I said.

My most accurate rifle, the chamber was cut with a reamer I bought off Ebay
220 Sw Ack. which I was surprised to find on ebay. so why not.
Saami specs (IE: Looose) like .008" neck clearance
I did not like that but, reamer was good price, sharp, and I didnt want the wait time for a custom reamer
so I figured screw it, I'll cut my chamber with this one for now... and if I dont like it, order my own spec'd out Manson tighter tolerance reamer and recut the chamber when it comes in.
Upon initial load testing, I was just floored with its accuracy.
I left well enough alone, and had to rethink things like tight chambers and necks.

Tight specs are mostly to help brass life, not so much to help accuracy.
So some secret reamer? I dont think helps any if they only maybe had a different neck dia. or something trivial.
Changing shoulder angle slightly may help, I know some people have played around with going from 30 to 40 deg shoulder in 2 degree increments and arrived at things like 38.5 degrees
So that may be your answer
