Seb Mini question.

I recently acquired a older Mini and there was no manual. While shooting, the coax handle rotates when moving to center on the target. I see that the center shaft has a bearing attached to it. My question, is the coax shaft meant to spin freely inside the body. Seems kind of awkward, the handle rotating while manipulating it. Or does one of the set screw tighten the center shaft?

There are two screws on the underside of the block that will tighten that down for you.
