Seating Depth vs Tuner - what are your thoughts?

I didn't want to be an a$$ to the new member of this great forums BUT there are countless threads about tuners and load development and I had a feeling that the "new guy" is looking for the easy button instead learning the whole load development process and that's not how it works.

Then, why not type what you just did?

I’d love to hear what everyone thinks about this.
Are you loving these replies?
May I ask if you could give us all some background on your shooting background?
Do you understand and have working knowledge of the intricacies of seating depth?
Do you understand and have working knowledge of how tuners work (or don't)?
Ask anyone about using a tuner to make a poorly chosen load shoot like a winner in any given rifle.
It won't happen.

Tuners don't work if the shooter don't work. (UP THE LOAD)
