If in a hurry try Fastenal. Your screw may be proprietary, with a slightly smaller head. A file and a hole shooter will allow to reduce the diameter.

Fastenal wont have your screws. Every shooter should own a pachmayer scope base and ring screw assortment. It comes in a nice case

My local Westlake Hardware has gun type/size screws in the yellow box section by the bulk bin fasteners.
