Mine was in a clear plastic egg shaped container that stayed in my range box for short range. The thing that I remember most is how messy using the cloth was.
I h go or a new egg sitting in a drawer. I didn’t like the feel of it either.Mine was in a clear plastic egg shaped container that stayed in my range box for short range. The thing that I remember most is how messy using the cloth was.
Over 60 replies on how to use a Scotch Brite Pad. Tempted to say more but I won't.First, buy some scotch-brite pads.
Right hand; hold case with thumb and index finger.
Left hand; fold scotch-brite over neck of case.
Right hand; twist case
Or reverse which hand does which.
If too scratchy; buy finer scotch-brite.
An awful lot of worry and fuss over something so simple.
OOOO steel wool makes a mess too, I am not saying steel wool is better just less aggressive. If there was a finer Scotch Brite I would use it for all my reloading.
My personal choice of neck cleaner. But, you will have to wash your hands after use. The audacity of it all!! Omg! Lol.
Exactly. And the same for a AMP annealer. The reason the brass is brightening, you are scratching the surface. The reason for cleaning isn't for bragging rights as to how well your brass looks. It's should be about keeping your resizing die clean.
