Scope Base and Ring Identification

looking to see if any folks can identify this scope base and in particular the scope rings, the screws for the rings attach from the underside which gives a clean look from the top but are inconvenient to get to, I think the base may be a Redfield by the marking, perhaps the rings are Redfield as well, I just have never seen this style before, thanks rem_700_223_scope_mount.jpeg

They are Redfield. You already have the allen head ring screws, just shorten the short side of a allen wrench to get to the ring screws.
