thanks for the response guys. I have tried lee dies and they are great . but I wanted a full length die
so i got a Redding. Harrell's wants three cases fired three times and if don't have dies .how do you get this done. buy a Redding die . and work on it. I also the finish in side the die. it was rough I polish it. and really I have
a die that works pretty good now . but most shooters don't have the opportunity do what I can .
I haven't shoot short range benchrest for twenty years I got rid very thing now i'm trying to get it back.
once I have my gun completed. i'll start to get the right stuff . I chambered up a old shilin benchrest barrel and put kelbly Prometheus action in a old Remington stock . barrels on the way. I am going to get a new reamer that's why I didn't get a custom die. still want a turn neck reamer question is which one ?
I use a expander mandrel on almost all my comp guns . not short range benchrest. load at the range.
I think Forster are the best they will hone them to size for you. no bushing ! again thanks for the info.
p.s. Lee collet die are way better than there conventional dies .
