There are a lot of people with lost packages that wish theirs looked like that.I sent a friend some dies and bullets and this is how the mail carrier attached the package to the lid
When I moved in here last year, I made it a point to meet my rural carrier and introduce myself. Now she does the same as yours right down to the horn toot.....lol.Mine will come up the hill (200 yd private drive) and toot the horn. If I do not come out and meet her she will just stack them up by the garage door. Much safer than leaving them down on the county road.
A friend of mine had to build a drop box with a lid for his packages because his dog will tear the boxes to pieces to see what is in there
lol- that is good. i had a box at the house and a po box for years. mail box post just broke so im down to po box only. i like this because they keep everything usps at the post office for me till i pick it up. of coarse not far to po for me. UPS and Fed Ex always leave stuff on the porch for me and i havent had any problems. UPS will even sometimes put boxes in a plastic bag when its raining or snowingI sent a friend some dies and bullets and this is how the mail carrier attached the package to the lid
bitch,bitch,bitch......Guess I shouldn't complain too much, our "usual" carrier will bring the packages that won't fit in the box up to the porch (short driveway), BUT will then put all of the envelopes in the box at the end of the drive. Unfortunately, it's usually on the front edge of the porch, sunshine or not.![]()
Not only is that a lid, but also a shelf for extra storage!!I sent a friend some dies and bullets and this is how the mail carrier attached the package to the lid
My usps women won't deliver anything over 20 lbs and leaves a note in the box to go to the post office and pick it up. If she had less donuts maybe she could do her job that she was hired for. Oh Well
