Why would I when I have several precision rimfires, but yes, after shooting one I will still state Ruger RF and precision-not the same.

Evidently you didn't read my reply. If you want a tacticool rifle looking RF, but the Ruger.
That was quite a feat,a young gentleman won the junior division in the Lapua practical challenge with a Ruger also...also placed very well in Overall. Cheap entertainment has it's merits too, great way to get folks involved...plenty precise enough to build confidence which is key in my book . Young and old have an inexpensive way to get into the sport. Not wanting to stir the pot too much, but....
The winning score last Saturday at the Pueblo Colorado Precision Rimfire Match was shot with a Ruger Precision Rimfire. That little rifle (with a good shooter behind it) successfully beat Vudoo, 40x, CZ, Fortner, Anschutz, and Savage. This was not a 22BR match, but a prone match with very small targets from 50-200 meters. 81 of 88 possible points. Redemption (or revenge) will have to wait until the April match.
Daleboy, I work for a living and just now had time for a response. Groups were not worth keeping and I very seldom keep old targets. They are just past history.Do you have pics of your Ruger groups ?
