What action? It might not be a chamber, sizing die problem, it could be that your primary extraction timing is off. I've had to have that fixed on a Rem 700 before.

The brass is going to expand to the size of your chamber. Once it does, it has a tendency to go back to that size after each subsequent firing. The best solution is to chunk the brass and don’t run your new brass hot enough to over expand it.
