Something else you may want to consider. A piece of cardboard folded in half with masking tape around it. It pushes the primer catcher lightly against the back of the ram so it catches all the primers and stuff.

Bought a primer catcher off eBay years ago for my RCII that mounts in same place as the RCBS primer seater stem and routes spent primers down a clear vinyl tube into a catch container. Simple and effective.

I use a wooden clothespin clipped to the frame to shove the catcher near the ram. Works.
