Rings for a 700 in 300 RUM

I have a Rem 700 in 300 RUM. I have a Leopold VX5HD 3-15X56 scope and Leopold rings. I took alot of time mounting the scope and torquing it to specs but it still slipped in the rings. Can anyone recommend a nice set of rings and bases the correct height?

You could also try a piece of scotch tape in your current rings for another try.

Here are the ones I use and the heights. You can catch them on sale for a better price at a few places.

You could use Burris Signature Rings. Otherwise I would highly recommend lapping rings and bedding a quality one piece base. These 300rums are hell on scopes EVEN with a good brake...I believe brakes might be actually harder on scopes.

I did lap the rings but I did not bed them.
