I know this is a worn subject, but of all the brands of ammo that are available, there are two that still remain very scarce. Remington and Winchester seem to be in accounted for. Anybody have any ideas as to why?

Two days ago I saw bulk packs of Remington .22LR HV at Cabela's.

I think it depends on your location. Around here I am seeing most components on the shelf again. 22 ammo is also showing up I have seen some CCI mini mags, and some Remington yellow ammo on the shelf. But mostly the off brand stuff is in stock. Seems to be a bunch online as well.

Try gunbot It is a wee bit clunky till you get used to it. They have all manner of components listed/where to find them.

I don't know if this makes sense but we should all hold off and let the gougers that have a stock pile of 22 rimfire choke on it.

Match grade 22 has been consistently available, if you're looking for the cheap stuff, good luck.

Those are two of the worse brands of 22! Plenty of cci around! Check out Gandermountain.

Just popped into a Dicks Sporting Goods here in MD. They had the Remington 525 round packs, picked up two of them.
