Ridgway VBR 1000 yard silhouette varmint shoot

Yesterday was the first shoot of the season for the VBR at Ridgway 850-1000 yard steel silhouette. The conditions were very humbling to say the least but 126 guns still showed up. Can't wait til next month anyone close should come up and try it!

Forgive me if I missed it in an earlier post, but what is VBR and where is Ridgeway? SOunds like a great shoot if you had 126 participants...

850,900,950,1000 yard steel silhouette shoot with crows, groundhogs, bobcats, and coyotes.
it's tons of fun! 126 guns showed but they had almost 150 guns registered the weather kept some folks away.

Sunday June 1st will be the next VBR match. Match starts around 9am. It is a blast.

Its a blast weather your shooting a full heavy gun bench rest rig or a hunting rifle with a bipod.

Sunday is the match calling for 80 degrees and low wind. we shall see since the weather last match was BAD!!!
