Request help from shooters of Ground Hog Matches

All you guys who shoot Mifflin, Saint Thomas, Shippensburg etc. i would like your imput.

I'm working with Tony of Impact Data Books (www.impactdatabooks.com) to design a common set of Ground Hog Match pages that we all could use to mark and store our notes and data. If you go to his web site and click on shooting sport specific in the left hand column there are some pages that he has done for other clubs that I would like to improve upon so we could use them at each range that we shoot regardless of location.
So, look things over and e-mail me some ideas as to what you would ideally want and perhaps we can come up with some really useful pages to record and store our data.

Come on guys, 46 hits and no suggestions as of this morning. We all make notes and use data books I can go ahead and make it like i would want it, but it would be nice to make it using suggestions from other shooters.
